This services agreement (hereinafter referred to as Order) is made between You (hereinafter Customer) (the person who has an access or uses “nairian.am” website (hereinafter Site)) and “Nairian” CJSC (hereinafter NAIRIAN). In this Order, any reference to “We”, “Our”, “Us” refers to NAIRIAN, and any reference to “You”, “Your” refers to Customer.

Your access to and use of the services of the Site are regulated by the Order and You are required to agree to the provisions of the Order.

NAIRIAN may modify the Order as well as discontinue, withdraw, replace or change any content, products or services offered via the Site, with or without cause and with or without notice, and Your continued access and use of the Site thereafter constitutes Your acceptance of such changes.

Correspondence

If You are subscribed to our newsletter, NAIRIAN can occasionally inform You about special offers and new services via Your e-mail address.
If You do not want to receive the newsletter anymore, You can un-subscribe anytime by using the link ‘unsubscribe’ at the bottom of the newsletter. You will not receive any further emails from NAIRIAN except confirmation letters regarding your purchase orders.

Although the prices on the Site are updated regularly, they might be differences between the prices on the Site and the final prices.
